How to Invite New Users to Sennoslink Customer Dashboard

Materials required

1. Wi-Fi enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone
   
2. Sennoslink Customer Dashboard access with Admin Permissions
   

Manage Users

1. Log in to your Sennoslink Customer Dashboard account
   
2. Navigate to the Manage Users page in the left-hand column menu
   
3. Click the green INVITE NEW USER button
   
4. Enter the intended recipient's email address in both the Enter email and Verify email fields
   
5. Select the new user's Permission level
   
1. Viewer (read-only) - can view fermentation data, but cannot enter any information or interact with the Sennoslink Console in any way
   
2. Operator (read/write) - can perform all functions in the Sennoslink Console EXCEPT:
   
1. Add new users
   
2. Change company-wide Compensation settings on the My Profile page
   
3. Admin (read/write/invite) - can perform all functions in the Sennoslink Console
   
6. Click the green INVITE USER button to complete

Please note:

1. The invitation will expire in 24 hours.  You can resend the invitation by clicking on the green RESEND button to the right of the user's email address
   
2. If the invitation does not appear in the recipient's email inbox, have them check their spam folder.  The invitation is sent from noreply@sennos.com, and can sometimes be sent to the spam folder
